I'm down with a terrible flu, fever and headache. No thanks to the unkind Malaysian weather.
I was lying down on my bed, shivering in the darkness and wishing things could have been better.
I can't afford to get sick. So many things left undone and unsaid.
Pain, pain go away. Come again another day.
